Document Cloud , "NO INTERNET CONNECTION".

Hi,

I can't access my Document Cloud on my Adobe Acrobat Reader either on my computer (Windows 10)
and on my IPAD app. Just happened this morning.

However the app on my Iphone still works and I can access Document cloud from there.

On my computer and Ipad it comes up with "No internet connection" but I am connected to the internet.

What could be the problem ?

Hi Gudjong92603425,

As mentioned above, only one of the device is working with the same internet connection.

So for the testing purpose is it possible for you to connect the windows computer with a different internet connection and check again?
