When I go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ the documents d o not load and the page justs times out. It was woking before.

Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Try opening the account on the new incognito window on Chrome once. Check if you experience the same behavior.

Please let us know when did you start experiencing this behavior. Also, confirm the email address used to sign into the account in the private message. Sorry about the delay in response.
We checked your account, and it shows as active and working fine. Ensure that you are using the correct email address. Try signing out once, then relaunch the browser and manually add your credentials. Do not use the saved credentials.
Could you please confirm if you can access the documents on the Acrobat Online account from the desktop application? In Acrobat, go to Home > Adobe Cloud Storage > Your files.
Please share the screen recording of what happens when you try to view the PDFs on your online account.
