Documents not sending

Hi,

In the last few days I have been trying to send documents and everything seems to work fine with the upload.

It says links have been sent but these are never received (not even in junk mail). I can view the files that are supposed to have been sent.

However, I have discovered that if I then forward the message on, then the link is received very quickly.

Can you please advise why the service does not send on its original submission?.

Hi Chrisa,

How you have been using the service Adobe Send & Track service, Is it online or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

If you are working with Adobe Reader DC, then you must try the same online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/send  or vise-versa.

If you have been using it online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/send , then you must try with the different web browser and check again.
