Does acrobat.com synchronize only the modifications of a pdf file?

Say, I have a large PDF file in files.acrobat on my iPad. Whenever I annotate it, will the entire file be reuploaded (consuming lots of bandwidth) or only the annotations are (consuming very minimal bandwidth). Please let me know!

At this time the entire file will be re-uploaded. Our engineering teams are exploring incremental saves and their feasibility, but there's no immediate plans to change this behavior.
