I have been installing Adobe Reader for a very long time now and one of our employees is having an issue with it and the support rep stated that after installing Reader, the user now needs to sign in once Adobe is open. We have not had to do this before. Is this new?

Hi SmithBucher,
Thank you for reaching out.
Yes, you will need to sign in once to the application after installing it. However, you may sign out later if you wish.
Please let us know about the issues you are experiencing with the application.
Also, let us know since the issue started occurring.
You may try installing the application from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
