How do I download PDF file to my p.c.?

If you use Acrobat.com (and I assume you do), follow the following steps:

1. Go to either your Acrobat Files (files.acrobat.com) or to the appropriate area of your CreatePDF subscription where your file is.

2. Click on the name of the file.

3. A window should come that looks like (below)

4. Click on the button in the top right corner that says "Download".

5. Wait for your browser to respond to the download request, and you should be well on your way to getting the file.
