downloaded completed fill & sign, it downloaded and file has data. Will not open in Reader - get blank page

Hi;

Please download the Free Adobe Reader and open in Adobe Reader.  We are aware of the issue with Microsoft Reader not displaying the page and will address it but for now it will display and print fine using Adobe Reader.
