echec de conversion avec adobe export PDF

Depuis le renouvellement de mon abonnement adobe export PDF, à chaque fois que je souhaite convertir un document PDF en document word, le message "échec de la conversion" apparaît, je ne peux convertir aucun document. Que puis-je faire ?

Hi Stephaniec,

Could you let us know if you are using Adobe Reader desktop application to export pdf or using a web browser online through the- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

If using Reader, check if an update is available for Reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. If using a browser, try using a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
