Echec de conversion word en formulaire pdf

Bonjour,

J'ai un document word (. docx) que je dois convertir en formulaire modifiable par adobe acrobat pro.

le message d'erreur est le suivant: "le processus de conversion a échoué. Corrigez l'erreur et recommencez"

sauf que je n'ai aucune indication pour corriger l'erreur.

Avez vous une solution svp ?

Please let us know how you are converting the document. Are you using the Acrobat desktop application or an Online account? Also, Check if you get the error with other files when converting them to PDF. 

It would be helpful if you could share the file with us so we can replicate the behavior and check what is causing the issue.
