Editable form wont clear

Hi all, have been using an editable PDF form for over a year and since last week, once I close the form (and not save). It comes back as clear ready to fill BUT when i go to print, it prints the last text I typed before closing.  Not sure how this happned, its like there has been some sort of an update but if anyone can please help!!!! thank you so much in advance

Please let us know if you are using the Acrobat online account or the desktop application.

Try checking if the text is saved under the form fields. Open the PDF in Acrobat and go to Tools > Prepare form. Try removing the form field.

If possible, share the PDF with us in a private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
