Editing a document online: "Your changes will be saved shortly"

Hi all,

I'm using Adobe online to add comments to a PDF. The file is saved to the cloud, but none of my changes are saving: when I mouse over the cloud icon at the top of the screen, the text reads 'your changes will be saved shortly'. I can't navigate away or download a copy of the file; attempting to do so brings up a 'Something went wrong: Acrobat couldn't process your request' error message.

Is there any solution to this problem, or will I simply have to lose all my comments?

Hi James26128181kpxd,

Sorry about the delay in response.

As mentioned above, the comment is not saved on the document.

Please try opening the Acrobat Online account on the New incognito window on Chrome and check if you experience the same issues.

Did you check if this happens with other PDFs too?

Please share the screenshot of the message you receive when saving the PDF.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
