Hi all. I have a pdf report that was likely an excel or something similar at one time. There is a column in the report and i want to delete that column or the content as it has names in it. When I use the Edit Pdf function, each name in the column has a text box around it. I can highlight the first one and go all the way to the bottom of the page but not one to the remaining 138 pages. Thus I would need to do this 139 times and i hope there is a better way. Does anyone know one?

Hi Ralph26005358oaxr,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are editing the PDF and the names to be removed from the multiple pages, it needs to be done one page at a time. You may edit one page of the PDF at a time.

For more information on editing PDFs, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/edit-images-or-objects-pdf.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
