Is this a scam?  Maybe I'll just cancel it.  I haven't found a good use for it compared to other cloud apps.

Hi sealdude,

I've checked your account using the email address/Adobe ID that you use here in the forums, and I don't see a record of an ExportPDF subscription tied to that Adobe ID. So, it may be that you signed up using a different email address or purchased ExportPDF via one of the Reader mobile apps.

In any case, ExportPDF isn't a free service (Document Cloud storage is, however, so that may be the "free" account that you're referring to).

If you would like to cancel it, make sure that you're logging in to Adobe.com using the same email address/Adobe ID that you used when you signed up (it would be the email address that the message above was sent to), and then follow the steps in this document: Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Best,

Sara
