Embed PDF API maximum zoom level

Hi everyone,

We are using the embed pdf api for showing autocad plans directly from our server on our technicians Ipad Pro 12.9. because we don't want them to download the pad to the tablet each time the need to work on it.

The problem is that on plans of A0 size the max zoom level is insufficient for viewing details.

Is there perhaps another chance to work on bigger pdfs (like plans) on IPad without having to download them? I mean, I know that all the files need to be downloaded temporarily before showing them but with the most PDF viewers on IPad Igot 50 copies of that one plan in my download folder.

Best regards

Mirko

Hi @Mirko5E9C,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

If you still experience the issue, I came up with a workaround.

You can keep the files uploaded to Adobe Cloud Storage when using the iPad for working with PDFs.

This will help because you will not need to download the file every time you open them, and it can be worked upon while the editing is saved directly to the cloud.

Hope this helps.
