Hello,

in our department we are trying to manage our releases and corrections via the Adobe Document Cloud.

Unfortunately, some colleagues have  problems when closing the process of documenting. They get an error message and the interface freezes. Do you have an idea ahead what it might be? Thank you for your support.

Manuela

Hi Manuela,

Could you please help us with the exact error message that you were getting? Or translate the message displays in screenshot above?

What is the exact version of Adobe Acrobat/Reader as well as the OS you are working on? Open Acrobat>About Acrobat

Seems its a work computer and an enterprise deployment? Please help us with more information to understand the issue clearly.

Regards,

Akanchha

Hi Manuela,

Thanks for sharing the further details, now I can see the details in dialog box.  As mentioned above few of colleagues get the error message while finishing commenting in shared review. Seems Ask them to use a different web browser or clear cache and cookies for the current one to complete the review.

Thanks,

Akanchha
