Entire document did not convert and data from different cells showed up in one cell?

I just purchased a 1-year subscription with Adobe to convert PDF files to MS Word or Excel. First, after an hour or more of waiting, the document was still "uploading". Then I went through my emails and responded to a couple from Adobe, and tried to convert a document from PDF to MS EXCEL through the internet. What I got was an Excel document that was missing all the column headings, and which jammed a lot of data from different cells into single, individual cells - but even that was not consistent, with data from other cells showing up in other cells! I think I wasted my money!

Hello TomG68,

We are really sorry for the trouble that has caused to you.

If you have used Reader to convert your PDF file to excel, then please use the latest version of Reader i.e. 11.0.10

Please let me know how was the actual PDF created as conversion of PDF to other format also depends on how well the source file was formed.

Hope to hear from you.

Regards,

Anubha
