I've checked your account: That particular subscription was renewed back on November 24 2014, but it looks like you've since turned off auto-renewal.
However, you should be able to use your subscription until the next billing period. What happens when you try to log in?
Are you able to log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf? (We have heard reports recently that customers are unable to log in via Reader.).
