I deleted all sent and saved files that were stored to create more room.  Then tried to resend MP3 file , same error message, File or files cannot be downloaded.

Help!

As you are not able to send the file, could you please confirm how you are trying to send the file?

Are you trying to send file online or through the desktop application?

Also, let us know where the file is saved? On the desktop or on Adobe Document Cloud?

Please share the exact steps you do to send the file and the screenshot of the error message you get.

To share the screenshot, click on Inset image icon as shown below:

Then click on "Choose File" and browse to the location where you have saved the screenshot.

Select the image file and click on "Open". Then click on "Insert Image" tab at the bottom to add it to forum reply.
