Hi Chuck,
What version of Acrobat are you using, and what version of Windows (32 bit or 64 bit)? Have you been able to convert Excel files to PDF previously; if so, has anything changed on your system since?
Best,
Sara

Sara,
Thanks for the response. I have a new computer and it's running Win 7
64 bit. I have always been able to convert word or excel to PDF using
the standard Adobe program. I wanted to see if u[grading to adobe pro
would allow me to convert an excel file and automatically keep the cells
that are used to fill in information (e.g., name, booking number, check
boxes, etc...)
Thanks,
Chuck
