Hi all,
I've just signed up for the Team subscription (Last week), and we (all people listed in my team with a licence) are currently receiving the below error message whenever we attempt to create or send a document for E-signature via the Fill and Sign tool. We are receiving the error message for both the desktop and web versions.
E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
Does anyone know if this is an issue from my end, or do I need to get in touch with Adobe?

We checked your account, and it shows as inactive. Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document to contact the Acrobat Sign support team, as they can help activate the account from the backend: https://adobe.ly/3IihHtU.
