Please let me know the exact workflow you are following when you get this error.

A screenshot will be most helpful

Are you trying to convert from within Reader or from Browser.

If from Reader then make sure you are signed in within Reader

Also try updating Reader to the latest v11.0.09 and check.

How do you screen shot

All I am trying to do is convert pdf to word and it keeps coming up “an error occurred while trying to access the service”

Hi Rochelle02,

Are you trying to access the service from within Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates (the error you describe can occur with other versions of Reader). If you're accessing it from a website, clear the browser cache and try logging in again. Also, make sure that you're using a supported web browser (System requirements | Acrobat.com).

What did you purchase an upgrade for? I only see that you have an ExportPDF subscription.

How are you accessing the service? Do you see that error in Reader on on the ExportPDF website?
