Error when accessing online - lost subscription

I was having a problem exporting a pdf into excel/word. I followed some suggestions from previous questions, signed out and signed back in again. However when I signed back in, adobe is coming up that I need to subscribe again to receive this function. I subscribed in april to access this function which was for 12 months.

What should I do now?
