Error while trying to upload PDF

After selecting the PDF file to convert and I press the convert button it start to upload online and then it says an error occured while trying to upload and an "ok" button to acknowledge. Once the ok is clicked the action stops and no further communication is possible. I have tried this now 4 or 5 times with the same result. I have just created my account, paid and verified every thing. please help. Piet Prinsloo

Hey Piet Prinsloo,

Could you please let me know whether you are using ExportPDF or Adobe Reader for file conversion.

If you are using Export PDF service, then please check your internet connection and try using a different browser.

If Reader, then please choose Help > Check for Updates and use the latest patch of Reader i.e. 11.0.10

Does this happen with every PDF file you try to convert or any specific one?

Hi pietp1948996,

What happens if you just upload the the to your Acrobat.com online account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files, and then try to run the conversion from there? Are you able to convert the file that way?
