Every time I try to upload a file I receive an error message.  Never had the problem until a few weeks ago.  It doesn't matter the size of the file I still get the error message.

As the error showed above, it seems that you have been trying to upload the documents online?

If this is the case, then you may try with a different web browser and login on https://cloud.acrobat.com/  using your Adobe I.D and password.

Also, please turn the security software off (if you have installed any)

And if you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.
