Hello,

Could you please make sure that the Acrobat 10 is updated to the latest version i.e. 10.1.10. Go to Help -> Check for updates.

And if it is happening with some PDF files then it might be file a specific issue.

Try recreating one of problematic PDF file by printing to Adobe PDF printer and then check the issue.

Regards,

Anoop

Thanks for the reply.  I am up to date on acrobat. Let me try to explain a little more. I am looking at files on a different computer through our local network. They are all filed according to part number,

so I use the preview pane in windows explorer to see the actual drawing before I open it. (they will all open with acrobat) The preview works on some files but not on others. If I open the properties and manually unblock the file, it will preview. There are hundreds of drawing files and I don't want to go through them one by one. I don't know if it's in Adobe or maybe in Windows. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S.  I tried on a different machine and the same files previewed correctly. It has Pro X also
