Using Adobe Export PDF with licence: I save invoices created in Excel as .pdf to meet some clients needs. This has worked perfectly until recently. The same process now creates a Chrome HTML document instead. Any ideas why?
Hi Tonyd,
From the description shared above, if I understand correctly that you are using Export PDF service to export a pdf document to Excel format. However, when you select the pdf file and export it the result is coming up in HTML document?
Could you please share the exact workflow that you follow to export file?
Is it a case where exported documents are saving with the chrome extension not the word doc?

I assume that the default application to open pdf has been set to the Chrome rather than .doc supporting application.
You may try the following-
Right Click on the converted file and select> Open With> Choose another app>Select Always use this app to open .pdf files.
Also, you can use export pdf service online via web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and with the help of desktop application Adobe Reader DC.
