Export PDF keep asking to subscribe when subscribation is already purchased

Hello, 

I purchase export pdf. However, when I click in the cloud to use it. It is asking me to subscribe again. I chatted with customer service, but was told to post my question here.

I have EXACTLY the same problem.  Purchase a product.  Try to use the product and it does not work through their landing page.  Talk to support through CHAT, have their support person take control of the PC and determine it does not work.  Finally did see a bug report on my account profile. I have been in IT for over 20 years and I know when software is broken and this is a clear case of it.
