Export PDF not working

I have an active Export PDF account that is good through next July (2019).  I have been trying to use the product and continue to get the following error message: "Your trial has expired. Subscribe to Acrobat DC for access to all tools."  I am not interested in Acrobat DC.  I have tried logging off and back on and continue to get the same error message.

Hi davidh,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when exporting pdf, is that correct?

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for export pdf, as well as trial for acrobat pro dc.

Try uninstalling the acrobat pro dc on the machine. Then install adobe reader from this link: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions once installed, sign in using your adobe id and check.
