Hi, I tried to start a chat about this (which apparently is the only other support option available to me: case no. 0215847703), but after half an hour I was still getting the “We are still assisting other customers, thank you for your patience” message.
Can you please cancel my Export PDF subscription (order no. AD002985856UK) with immediate effect and refund my £19.33?
Although I’m well within the 30-day period, it seems I could only cancel next year’s automatic renewal on line, not my current one.
The reason I want to cancel is that it doesn’t do what I expected. From the comparison chart at https://www.acrobat.com/en_gb/landing/exportpdf-pricing-b.html (misleading advertising! ), I expected to be able to use OCR to create searchable PDFs, not that OCR was just a “by-product of the PDF-to-Word conversion”, which I’m not interested in.
I understand the PDF Pack subscription might do what I need, but I’m really not interested in its other features, and it’s just too expensive for me.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused, however I will recommend you to stay on the chat session as chat support agent will only be able to cancel the Export PDF subscription.
Its just because of higher chat volume you are experiencing longer than wait time.
