Export pdf to jpeg issue

Hey, pretty new to acrobat and needed to design a menu for my restaurant but after finishing it I go to export the pdf as a jpeg to post on all my social media apps and it squishes the file vetically into a taller image.

I am sorry if solution has already been mentioned but every way I word my question brings me no results on google so I decided to post here and see.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.

As you are exporting PDF to JPEG format file, could you please confirm if you are using the desktop application or the Acrobat Online account?

Would you mind sharing both the PDF and JPEG created with us? Please share the exact steps you did to export the PDF.

If you are using the desktop application share the version number and OS on the machine.

We will be waiting for your response.
