The website has been redesigned, and now I can't figure out how to convert a PDF document to word. I looked in the FAQs, but it says to click an option in a right-hand column menu that isn't there. I checked my account, and still have time left on my one-year subscription, but I'm only finding options to buy it again. Can someone help me with this?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, you can access the service and can convert the PDF file to Word using the URL on a browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC and facing the issue, please sign-out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC, and check for any pending updates and install it from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates and try exporting the PDF file.
