Acrobat is not converting PDFs anymore since a few days. My subscription is OK and all. Is this a general bug or a specific failure?

As you are not able to convert PDFs, could you please let us know what happens?
If you receive any error messages, please share the screenshot.
Do you experience this issue with all the PDFs or with some particular PDFs?
