when converting pdf to word i get the response "no internet connection" Naturally, this is not the case but that is the response. tried removing Adobe and reinstalling but no luck. This has worked for a couple of years then stopped within the past few weeks. Our I/T has tried everything other than cancelling the subscription. Do you have a phone number for troubleshooting?

Hello Creditunion,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting an error message "No Internet Connection" while exporting a PDF file, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if you still get the error message.

If you are using freeware Adobe Reader and getting the error message, please check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing any updates and check.

You can refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe article Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

If possible, connect the machine to a different network environment and check.

For troubleshooting, you can also refer to Adobe article Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
