I have overall my computer and I want to re download my export PDF. When I login to my abode account to re download it again it is telling me that I have to purchase it again, which I have purchase a year plan.

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, Adobe ExportPDF is an Adobe Online Document Cloud services which cannot be downloaded as an application on a machine. But we can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.
Access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
To use the service with the freeware Adobe Reader DC, sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader. To download, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

That's the problem, I have paid the $179.00 annual subscription and to perform my work it's saying that my subscription is detected! What is the problem?
