Export PDFs to Excel

Hello,

I'm using the export PDF tool to export my PDFs to Excel. 

I'd like to use the customize conversion settings but i don't find the "settings" icon which should be next to the document type according the tutorial.

Where can I find it please ?

I'm on macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and using  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2017.012.20098

I am going back to check all the ExportPDF questions, I don't think they are answering any of them.  The Adobe Customer Services 1-800-833-6687 just refer all ExportPDF questions to this forum, which they don't respond any more.
