Export to Doc feature is not currently working.

Is the adobe system down? When I try to export a pdf to work, it either gives me an error message or it allows me to hit the export button but nothing happens. Can you help?

I had the same issue late last week and again now.  Pretty poor that a brand new subscription is useless to me.  Do we have a time frame for availability?
