The export tools aren't showing in the right pane anymore. There were there until a couple of hours ago and then suddenly disappeared.

I need to export a pdf file to excel na dit is quite urgent.

Can anyone help, please?

Sorry for the trouble, as per the description, you are not getting the conversion option in Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, try accessing the service through the through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

Sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader using your current Adobe ID and password, reboot the machine once and see if you get th

Check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.
