Exporting PDF to Excel, part of the table content is not transferred (cut offs)

The PDF file is an active format, the text that is not visible in the field is cut off when it is exported to excel.  how can i fix it?

It seems they are not answering the ExportPDF conversion failure question, just keep on selling it.
