ExportPDF failed to convert to MS Word

I am using Export PDF and I am getting an error message: File failed to be converted using Adobe ExportPDF online." Is there a maximum file size that can be converted?

Wrong user forum. You'll want the acrobat.com user forum which umbrellas the online subscription services such as  ExportPDF.
