exportpdf is not allowing me to select files from my computer

What exactly does that mean "is not allowing me"?

thanks for responding - sorry about being inarticulate / "not allowing me" means that I would select a file to be exported from PDF / at this url [https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf] I would click on "Select PDF files to export" - that would bring you to a Select Files menu - where one choice would be My Computer. That "My Computer" choice had always been a link, and you'd navigate to the file you wanted to export in Windows Explorer, click on it, and be asked what you wanted to export it to (.docx, etc). In this recent difficulty, "My Computer" is not a link.

From your description I can see that you are using Windows; what version? What browser do you use?

What choices do you see in the Select Files menu? Can you perhaps post a screenshot: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1070933
