ExportPDF used to work perfectly to convert PDF to XLSX, now for the same exact same file, it no longer works

I purchased this ExportPDF option for Adobe Reader, and it used to convert my PDF files perfectly to XLSX files.  I went back to old files that I have previously exported, and the tool no longer works to export my PDF.  Please help!

Its a supported file format https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/supported-file-formats.html.

Make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support to export the PDF files Acrobat Reader Help | Export PDF from Acrobat Reader DC‌.

Else try to use the service online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Hi Aadesh - thanks for the response.  The suggestions above did not work.  Please allow me to start over.  For the exact same PDF files that I was previously able to export to .xlsx, they are no longer exporting.  So if the file format was supported previously, it should be exporting correctly today as well.

I have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as you suggested, and I have performed the export from there.  I have also performed the export directly from the online version of ExportPDF, and neither of these is allowing me to export the files I need to export.
