Fehlermeldung beim Öffnen von passwortgeschützten Dokumenten mit Plug-in

Hallo, ich habe den FileOpenInstaller-B990 installiert,  um passwortgeschützte Dokumente auf dem Mac zu Öffnen (Benutzername und Passwort funktionieren), erhalte beim Öffnen aber immer eine Fehlermeldung.

Ich habe schon die Einstellung "nur zertifizierte Plug-ins verwenden" versucht. Da werde ich immer, wenn ich die Dateien öffen will an Safari weitergeleitet, um dem Plug-in wieder herunterzuladen. Es ist als würde Adobe Acrobat den Plug-in nicht registrieren.  Gibt es da eine Lösung für?

@klara_9525 sounds like Acrobat isn’t recognizing the FileOpen plugin properly, even though it’s installed. This can happen on Macs sometimes, especially with newer versions of macOS. You’ve already tried adjusting the certified plug-ins setting, which is great. I’d suggest fully uninstalling the plugin, restarting your Mac, and then reinstalling it from FileOpen’s official site. 

After that, try opening the document directly from Acrobat (not from Safari or an email link). If it still doesn’t work, FileOpen’s support team may have a fix—they’ve seen this issue before.

Thank you for your help. Adobe actually recognises the plug-in (I could open a protected document from the plug-in to test it). I can also open the actual protected ones on the iPhone or iPad (it opens the documents directly in the plug-in App, not Adobe). I'm still searching for a solution for the Mac.
