Are you experiencing this problem with multiple files, or is it a single file causing problem?
What is the size of the file that you are trying to convert? And what is the message comes up during the conversion failure?
Have you tried it through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC? If not, then you may try through that and see if that makes any difference.
