Filed "Fill-in" Forms

New Here ,
Feb 08, 2014 Feb 08, 2014

I partly completed some forms and filed them in Acrobat, but when retrived all forms were blank with no "filled in" info. Surely this isn't normal. Is it?

Dingy,

We need to check the security options on the form those may affect a lot.

When you open the form in Reader or Acrobat click on file on Reader/Acrobat go to properties.

Or you can try to save the form as save as with different name and then try again fill and check.

Regards,

Ajlan.

Hi Dingy,

Please open the document in Acrobat or Reader. Go to file menu click on  properties. On properties windows click on security tab.

Let us know all fields in Document Restrictions Summary:

Also let me know how are you distributing the form complete work flow.

Ajlan.

Ajlan,

Thanks for your reply. When doc is retrieved, no "Property" link is seen.

This is a to-be-edited state tax doc that I want to edit before filing. But retrieved form is blank in previously fill-in fields. Any idea what I'm doing wrong.

I finally was able to save these forms with retrievable data by saving a pdf file to my computer rather than going thru Acrobat as indicated on the form. Would never work that way.

Anyway, thanks for responding.
