Where ae my files on line. I scan and convert to MSN word and it says my file is stored on line

If you are a subscriber to Adobe ExportPDF or CreatePDF, the exported/converted files are stored at https://files.acrobat.com.  You can access to those files by logging into the site using your Adobe ID and password.
