Hi there!
I seem to have been encountering a problem with the Adobe Fill & Sign app wherein I am trying to send a form through Message/Mail, Export or do "Open In". I am getting this pop-up stating "Could Not Generate Completed Form". Though I've only encountered this twice from the 30+ forms I've been able to generate.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? If so how did one go about fixing it?
Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Isamu Ishii
I had this same issue,
My Solution; I had accidentally added an additional blank signature field under my actual signature, so to fix, I simply deleted the the blank signature field and presto, I no longer got the could not generate form prompt.
hope this helps

Are you using Adobe Fill & Sign app on iOS device? Is a PDF file that you try to OpenIn to the app? Can you try OpenIn the same file to other apps, e.g. iBook or Adobe Acrobat? If you can OpenIn to those apps, then can you try use OpenIn from iBook or Adobe Acrobat to the Fill & Sign app.

Yes I am using the Adobe Fill & Sign app on iOS (iPad). Yes it was a pdf file that I "OpenI" to the Adobe Fill & Sign app.
Yes I've tried the "OpenIn" option to try to bring this up to another app but as soon as I select an app it returns the same message.
Now I've tried to do another one with the same form (original blank form) to see if it was maybe the form itself but nope. I was able to export, mail and OpenIn the new one just fine.

Do you have signature on the form? If yes, can you delete the signature and place it again on the form?

Hi. Unfortunately I no longer have the original signature on the form but tested deleting the signature and placing a new one on the form. It still returned the same message. The form might have just been corrupted in some way when it was brought over to Fill & Sign.

I have a user who has the same problem and we've verified that there is not a blank signature field. Are there any other suggestions what to look for?
