Fillable PDF Document option for multiple users?

Hi,

I'm looking for a simple solution for my students who need to fill in 5 x PDF workbooks.

I have the digital copies of the workbooks but google & word both arent great for editing and returning these documents.

Is there a way I can use adobe to store them, share a link to the students to view and edit (they will need a copy of each booklet each) and easily return to me upon completion?
