I have been with Adobe since 2019 and I am a bit upset that there is no other way to recover my account. Recently I somehow changed my password without knowing(sarcasim) All my passwords are saved to my Authenticator however, apparently my Adobe password did not sync. When I went to change my password, the only other form of authentication is the old phone number that I signed up in 2019 with or an Adobe authenticator that I never used before. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also how do I transfer the already paid service to this new account I must create?
There are multiple options to recover an Adobe ID, but they need to be enabled and kept current. It's probably not Adobe's hault, if they are sending the verification code to a defunct phone number. If you have absolutly no other option to recover your account, you should contact Adobe customer care. They can, however, not give you access to an account, if they can't verify your idendity. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
