I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I would like to use Forms Central. Do I need to upgrade to Acrobat Pro XI? What is the cost to upgrade to Pro XI? What is the cost to add Forms Central?

Adobe FormsCentral is an Online Service. Hence, you need not to upgrade to Acrobat XI.
