I downloaded a free trial of Adobe Premier Elements 21 and purchased it before the 30 day free trial period over the weekend.  I now receive a  "free trial has expired" every time I open Adobe DC even though I have a paid subscription.  For the past few mornings I have just xed out of the message, but this morning I tried to convert an Excel sheet to Adobe and received the message and cannot go further without subscribing.  My Adobe DC is under a different user name (email) than  Adobe Elements.   Can anyone tell me what the problem is with my account? Thanks!

You MUST be logged in to Acrobat using the Adobe ID that you used to pay for the subscription. This is the ONLY way it knows you have paid. You may have to log out and change user to use the other app. It often not a good plan to buy with different Adobe IDs if you can avoid it.
